Due to how Linux uses read permissions, if you don't want to make your /home/ directory readable by all and restrict reading on your subfolders you cannot share environments created in your ~/.conda/ folder. This guide will walk you through the process of creating a shareable environment outside your home directory to avoid you having to change permissions in your /home/ directory.
